How long does each ride last for?
The ride lasts approximately 1 minute (30 seconds in each direction)

Will it make the rider feel sick?
Out of hundreds of people having a go on the gyroscope no one has been sick to date.

Can you make the ride go faster or slower?
As the gyro ride is manualy operated we can adjust the speed to suit the age and comfort of each rider.

My friend wants to have a go can I spin him around?
Sorry but no as this ride can only be used by a fully trained and insured operator.

Is there any age, height or other restrictions?
For the health and safety of each rider we post a sign outside the ride that each person must read and comply. The operator has the final say as we abide strictly to health and safety standards for the ride.

How much does it cost to hire the gyroscope?
See our hire rate card for cost for paid events all includes a trained operator in attendace at all times when the ride is operational.

How much space does the ride takeup?
The trailer mounted gyroscope ride needs an area of flat level ground of aproximatley 11 ft x 11 ft

What size access do you need?
The trailer mounted gyroscope is 5.5 ft wide and 10.5 ft long so would need enough access to pass through any opening and manover the gyro into place.

Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes we do, also the ride is ADIPS certifacted each year for safety. We can provide copies in advance if required.

How can I pay for the hire of the gyroscope?
We would normaly request payment on arival of the event in cash and a invoice will be given for the payment if required. If you would like to pay by alternative methods then we would need to agree and confirm in advance of the booking.

What happens if I need to cancel a booking?
Cancellations within 24 hours notice of the event will be charged the full booking fee. Cancellations within one week (7 day) of the event will be charged 50% of the booking fee.
